K + S Custom is owned and operated by sister-in-laws, Kelly & Sara Yeaman. They met while working as Respiratory Therapists at McMaster University Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario and moved to Port Elgin after marrying brothers, Rob and Richard Yeaman. Although they were in the medical field, both loved the idea of creating a business that revolved around their passion for beautiful things.

Sara has over 10 years of experience in baking and cake decorating. While working at Tim Horton’s in high school she realized her passion for creating beautiful cakes. After continuing her training with Klara Johnson, one of Canada’s leading sugar artists and instructors, she ventured out and began creating cakes for friends and family.

Kelly was born in Scotland and immigrated, with her family, to Canada in 1985. She always loved working on various creative projects and eventually began scrapbooking in 2001. After years of creating memorabilia for herself and family, she began designing greeting cards, which eventually led to designing unique invitations for all occasions.
