Cakes
We offer a wide variety of cakes from simple to ornate, traditional to funky. We believe a cake should taste as good as it looks and therefore, we use only the freshest ingredients and scratch recipes. We use NO NUTS in our products, and we make every effort to purchase ingredients from nut free facilities. All of our cakes are custom made for your event, be it a wedding, birthday, grooms cake, shower, or just a get together. Designed by us, Inspired by you.
Cake Flavours: Ultimate Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Lemon, Orange, Carrot (nut free), Spice, Strawberry, Neapolitan (layers of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla cake to look like Neapolitan ice cream when cut), Red Velvet, Banana, Chocolate Banana, Apple, Pumpkin, and S’mores (graham cracker cake with chocolate ganache and marshmallow filling).
Filling Flavours: Butter cream fillings – vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, caramel, chocolate salted caramel, brown sugar and mocha; cream cheese, white chocolate cream cheese, fruit curds (lemon, raspberry, strawberry).
We use a Swiss Meringue Butter cream as our base for most of our fillings, it is created using sugar, egg whites, butter and vanilla. If you prefer the standard butter cream (icing sugar, butter, and shortening) let us know and we can accommodate. If you have a flavour or recipe you would like, just ask and we will work with you. Cake Truffles
A heavenly concoction of moist cake and delicious Swiss Meringue buttercream, dipped in gourmet chocolate (white or dark chocolate). Almost all of our cake flavours can be made into cake truffles. Most popular flavours include vanilla, chocolate, chocolate banana, lemon, lemon raspberry, orange, strawberry, chocolate mint and Irish cream. Having a party or need a gift? No problem let us put together a selection of flavours to delight your guests and friends. A perfect size to display on a cake stand, tiered stand or packaged with a custom tag.
