Cupcakes

With the anticipated opening of the K + S cupcakery in Port Elgin, we have added many new flavours to our cupcake selection. The store will have a different selection of cupcakes available daily, if the flavour you want isn’t available for that day you can place a custom order. Custom orders have minimum of a dozen cupcakes and require 24 hours notice.

All of our cupcake flavours are available for weddings, and other large events. The cost of the cupcakes will vary depending on the selection of cupcakes you choose and the decorations. The cost of the cupcake display stand, delivery and set up is included in the cost for orders of 100 cupcakes or more.

All of our cupcakes are frosted with a Swiss Meringue buttercream, unless otherwise stated in description. A standard buttercream (butter, shortening and icing sugar) is available with custom orders.

These flavours will be available in-store daily and by special order.

Double Chocolate: chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting, and chocolate sprinkles

Vanilla Bean: vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles

Switch Ups: chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting and chocolate sprinkles; vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles.

GOURMET FLAVOURS:

In store selection of these flavours will vary daily, and are available by special order.

Chocolate Salted Caramel: chocolate cupcake with a salted caramel filling and a chocolate salted caramel frosting

Classic Red Velvet: buttermilk cupcake with a hint of cocoa and red food colouring, frosted with a traditional cream cheese icing

Pumpkin Patch: pumpkin cupcake with a brown sugar frosting, topped with roasted pumpkin seeds.

Apple Pie: apple cupcake with a vanilla bean frosting, and a wedge of pie crust

Chocolate Mint: chocolate cupcake with a mint chocolate ganache filling, and a chocolate mint frosting

Coconut Chiffon: a light coconut cupcake with a whipped coconut frosting; sprinkled with toasted coconut.

Lemon Coconut: light lemon and coconut cupcake with a lemon curd filling and a whipped coconut frosting; topped with a sugared lemon wedge.

Gingerbread: gingerbread cupcake with a brown sugar frosting, and topped with a gingerbread man cookie

Chai Tea: chai tea cupcake topped with a vanilla frosting

Lemon Raspberry: lemon cupcake with a lemon-raspberry curd filling and topped with a raspberry frosting

Strawberry Sundae: strawberry cupcake topped with a vanilla frosting, sprinkles, a wedge of waffle cone and a cherry on top

Black Forest: chocolate cupcake with a sour cherry curd filling, topped with a whipped cream icing, chocolate shavings and a sour cherry

Mexican Chocolate Chili: chocolate chili cupcake topped with a cinnamon frosting

Strawberry Champagne: champagne cupcake with a strawberry frosting and topped with a chocolate dipped strawberry

Irish Car Bomb: chocolate Guinness cupcake filled with a Guinness ganache and topped with an Irish cream buttercream

Beer-Cheddar-Bacon: beer and cheddar cupcake topped with a maple-bacon buttercream
